TATRA 815-7 6x6 PBA313 is a fire truck serving in Bratislava, which is able to drive on paved roads, but also in difficult terrain, where you can see its excellent driving characteristics. The car is designed, for example, for the transport of ground fire extinguishing modules in nature and for the transport of material during floods.
The vehicle has a 6x6 drive with attachable front axle drive and uses the ABS brake system. The diesel, air-cooled engine has an output of 325 kW, thanks to which the car is capable of a speed of 100 km / h. The engine meets the EURO 5 emission standard.
By regulating the air pressure in the springs, the height of the vehicle can be changed to increase the throughput of the vehicle when overcoming obstacles or to reduce the overall height of the vehicle when driving under obstacles. The vehicle is equipped with a semi-automatic transmission system NORGREN. The vehicle is able to overcome watercourses and flooded roads with a level of up to 1200 mm. The possible ingress of water into the driver's cab does not endanger the operability of the vehicle.
The cabin of this car is two-door, folding, contains a safety frame, lighting, heating and has
room for the driver and 3 other passengers.
