High-quality metal model of the Boeing 737 Max 9 Icelandair civil aircraft in the "Baula" version with a purple stripe on the tail. Model is detailed and precisely processed according to the real machine.
With a major redesign of its brand, Icelandair also introduced a new look in early 2022. The previously blue belly and yellow engines have disappeared. However, the new color also brings color to the vehicle fleet: the five variants on the stern are meant to symbolize the natural phenomena of Iceland. After the first two 1:500 Max 8 models with cyan and yellow stripes, now comes the first stretched 737 Max 9, this time with a magenta stripe. According to the airline, the magenta color symbolizes "the collective creative power of Iceland, complete with a slight touch of sunrise."
