Founded in 1965 in Velbert, Doppstadt is a German machine manufacturer. In order to expand into new industries, in 1999 the group founded a new company called Doppstadt GmbH Schönebeck on the site of the tractor factory in Schönebeck. From 1999 to 2006, Schönebeck produced tractors with 75–205 horsepower engines. Unfortunately, sales did not meet the company's goals and production was discontinued in 2006.
