Product description
Quality metal model with plastic parts F16C Fighting Falcon Raven "100th Anniversary of Polish Air Force", 302nd FS, Polish Air Force in 1:72 scale.
Designed by General Dynamics as the USAF's light day air combat fighter, the F-16 first flew on January 20, 1974. This single-engine supersonic aircraft has evolved over the years into a multi-role machine. It has a frameless canopy that gives the pilot excellent visibility and uses advanced aerodynamics. The F-16 was one of the first designs to use a relaxed static stability / fly-by-wire system that helps it pull 9g maneuvers and reach speeds in excess of Mach 2. Pilots call it the "Viper". The F-16 is considered one of the most successful aircraft designs of the Cold War, and more than 4,400 aircraft have been produced since 1976.
