Product description

High-quality die-cast model of the 1967 Ford C-series truck in detailed design based on the real model. The model has rotating wheels. The model is packaged on a base in a PVC box.

The Ford C-series is a line of trucks produced by Ford from 1957 to 1990. The first cab-over-engine (COE) truck produced by Ford with a tilting cab, the C-series replaced the COE variant of the F-series, produced since 1948. It was produced as a flatbed/rigid truck, as well as a tractor, and many versions were produced from Class C8 to Class 5. GVWRs. The C-series was also used as a basis for the production of fire apparatus.

The C-series, which was produced for 33 years almost unchanged (except for the powertrain), was the longest-running commercial truck in North America at the time of its withdrawal; only the Mack Model R (39 years) and the Kenworth W900 (59 years) remained in production longer. In 1986, Ford began phasing out the Ford Cargo in North America, which served as its replacement after the 1990 model year.
