High-quality metal model of Hitachi ZW180-6 wheel loader in high-quality detailed design.
The cabin has a fully furnished interior, which is visible through clear glazing. Unlike Hitachi excavators, the cab door doesn't open, but there are plenty of fine details including metal handles and access steps. What opens up are two large engine side panels that lift up to reveal a highly detailed engine bay interior with everything added from the main engine block and rear radiator shroud to the hydraulic fluid cooler complete with piping. The silver muffler, air intake and even the filler bottle are modeled with precision, while the vents integrated into the side panels are made from a very fine mesh photo-etched part that really looks realistic.
The articulated chassis has a good range of steering movement and includes the drive shaft through the pivot point along with the steering cylinders. Hydraulic hose lines have been added not only to the lift platform and bucket cylinders, but also two auxiliary lines that are located on the inside of the loader arms, ready to power any additional attachments. Both the height of the stroke and the tip of the spoon correspond to the original.
