More than six decades after it entered service with TWA in 1958, N8083H can be admired once again in its original color scheme. It was integrated as a cocktail lounge into the new TWA Hotel, which opened at New York's JFK Airport in 2019. The centerpieces of the 512-room hotel are the TWA Flight Center, built in 1962 and used as a terminal until 2001, and the renovated "Jetstream ', as L-1649 was called at TWA, with a redesigned interior and retro-style murals. The 1/200 diecast metal model is now available again, including minor improvements to the model itself as well as a new packaging design.
