Bentley's top model, the Mulsanne (which owes its name to the famous Le Mans curve at the end of the Hunaudières straight), was subject to a total renovation in 2010, while retaining the distinctive mechanical features of the range, like the 6.75 liter V8 engine. The Mulsanne is also offered with a 25 cm longer wheelbase and in a Grand Limousine version (1 meter longer wheelbase), signed by the official Bentley coachbuilder, Mulliner. The Grand Limousine is also nearly 8 centimeters taller than the standard sedan.
