The UH-1 Iroquois, better known by its unofficially name Huey, is a utility helicopter designed by the Bell Company for the US Army. The first flight took place on 20th October 1956, it saw service in 1959. Between 1956 and 1986, about 16,000 were built and many of them are still in service today in different countries.
