The Škoda Octavia is a lower-middle-class passenger car with a two-door chassis body, which was created by modernizing the Škoda 440 and Škoda 445, also known as the Spartak. Production of the Octavia began in 1959. Cars with a tudor body were produced until 1964, the station wagon version was produced at the Kvasiny plant until 1971. A total of about 286,000 cars of all versions were produced.
