Product description
High-quality metal model of Tupolev TU134A aircraft with Czechoslovak airlines print.
The Tupolev Tu-134A was a Soviet and Russian narrow-body airliner that was developed in the 1960s. The aircraft was used for short and medium routes and made a significant contribution to the air transport sector.
Czechoslovak Airlines (CSA) was the national air carrier of Czechoslovakia (today divided into the Czech Republic and Slovakia). CSA operated the Tupolev Tu-134A in their fleet in various versions. The Tupolev Tu-134A had a capacity of around 80 to 90 passengers and was known for its ability to operate on short runways, making it a suitable aircraft for smaller airports.
Over the years, however, the Tupolev Tu-134A began to be replaced by modern and more environmentally friendly aircraft. Its operational capabilities were gradually defined and it was gradually taken out of service.
