The Boeing 737 is an American narrow-body airliner manufactured by Boeing at its factory in Renton, Washington. It was originally developed as a smaller twin-engine aircraft with lower operating costs derived from the Boeing 707 and Boeing 727. Eventually, the Boeing 737 aircraft evolved into a family of 10 models for passenger transport, with capacities ranging from 85 to 220 passengers. The 737-200 is a modified version of the Boeing 737-100 model. The first company to use this version was the American United Airlines. The Boeing 737-200 version had a capacity of 115-130 seats. A total of 1114 machines of the -200 model were produced.
